The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF), through fundraising and volunteer opportunities, plays a significant role in keeping Hillsdale operating.

If you would like to help, you can sign up to serve on one (or more) of the following committees:

• Athletics
  helping with concessions for home basketball games and other athletics-related projects
• Decorating
  decorating the stage/room for school programs and the refreshment tables for various functions
• Facilities
  repairing and maintaining school facilities
• Golf Tournament
  assisting with this fundraiser by forming a team, sponsoring a hole, contacting businesses & individuals for hole sponsorship & prizes, donating/preparing food, or covering tournament day registration
• Grounds-Keeping
  maintaining school flower beds and grounds
• Homeroom Moms
  organizing class parties, fall carnival booths, and adopt-a-teacher projects; assisting with graduation receptions
• Hospitality
  assisting with the refreshments and serving for the school orientation night, Christmas Program reception, and Spring Dinner and Program
• Hot Lunch
  picking up meals from St. Mary’s Sister’s Cupboard, bringing them to school, and serving them
• Library
  helping to organize the Book Fair, projects for the Media Center, and each semester’s reading party for those students who have met their reading goal
• Pre-game Gym Cleanup
  cleaning bleachers and restrooms before each home basketball game (approximately 5 regular season games and 3 days of tournament games)
• Prayer & Care
  praying weekly for and giving encouragement to our school families and teachers
• Set-up/Clean-up
  helping to set up and take down chairs, as needed, for school programs
