Why Choose Hillsdale Christian School?

Educational Excellence since 1982

Hillsdale Christian School was established by its founders to make available a school which would work in harmony with the home and church in educating young people in all areas of life–spiritual, intellectual, social and physical. We believe that excellence in all things brings glory to God. We desire to provide our children an educational experience that provides them with the foundational knowledge they will need to succeed in their future education and life endeavors.

High School Building Fund

With the size of our current school and the addition of high school, we have outgrown our current facilities.
This will be a separate building to house our new high school students. This year we will use the basement and some other existing rooms.
We would love to break ground on this building as soon as possible as God provides the funds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is HCS an accredited school?

Yes, HCS is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), and became accredited in 1998. HCS is also accredited by the State Department of Education through its membership in ACSI and the umbrella organization, Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Commission (OPSAC).

Do you require uniforms?

No. However, we do enforce a school dress code. It is the desire of Hillsdale Christian School that students glorify God in all they do, and we consider a neat appearance to be a standard of conduct, in that it builds character and confidence and shows a proper respect to others. Students are expected to exhibit neatness and cleanliness in their hair, clothing, and general appearance. School shirts to be worn on field trips and at special school programs are available for purchase.

What's the average class size?

Currently we have an average of 12 students per grade; however, we will accept up to 20 students per grade. We feel that this allows for more student-teacher interaction and a higher quality classroom environment.

Do you offer a bus service?

Yes, we offer two bus stops in Enid. The current bus stops in Enid are located at the Locke Supply on North Van Buren and North Garland Church of Christ. View the bus schedule here.

Notes from Leland

We are excited to be adding High School this fall.  God has been so good in all this as we work through the dynamics of this addition.  Our deepest desire is to prepare our students for life—academically (the head aspect) AND spiritually (the heart aspect).  We want them to be disciples of Christ who love and serve our Lord for life.  We look forward to how God will use us for this in High School.
We would be honored to visit with you about how HCS can serve your family.  Please contact us in the most convenient way for you.  We look forward to hearing from you.
